Post-run Principles

Pete Magill does it again, with a wonderful video detailing keys of the post-run routine.
My few thoughts:
  • Chocolate Silk is great!
  • Stretch to allow muscles to heal from microtears created during the run in an enlongated position.
  • Shave your head, Pete! ; )
